Learn how to master delicious and healthy dishes with our talented chef who will guide you through your chosen culinary journey. Our cooking classes are designed to share the healthy eating philosophy as well as cooking techniques to maintain the nutrition of each ingredient in a relaxing atmosphere, where you can enjoy your cooking course by course.

Private Thai Culinary Cooking Class

Prices per person:

Enjoy your afternoon with one of our Thai chef to carefully guide you through your selected dishes. After you have made each course you can relax in The Restaurant to enjoy and experience your own creations.

  • THB 1,500++ for a course of one dish (45 minutes)
  • THB 2,000++ for a course of two dishes (60 minutes)
  • THB 2,500++ for a course of three dishes (90 minutes)

  • Som Tum Talay - Thai spicy green papaya salad with seafood
  • Yum Nua Samun Prai - Thai spicy beef & Thai herb with red chili paste
  • Tom Kha Gai - Thai coconut milk soup with chicken & Thai herbs
  • Tom Yum Goong - Hot & sour prawn soup with lime & chili
  • Panaeng Goong Curry - Big prawns with dry red curry sauce
  • Gai Phad Med Mamuang - Chicken with cashew nuts
  • Gaeng Kiew Wan Gai - Green curry with chicken
  • Phad Thai Goong - Stir fried glass noodle with shrimp
  • Kluay Buard Chee - Banana steam pot with light coconut syrup
  • Mango with Sticky Rice

INCLUSION:

  • Personal Thai chef to walk you through the creation of each dish
  • Amatara apron
  • The recipes which we will send to you via email

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT
  • Subject to availability, at least a one-day advance reservation is required.
  • Available every day from 2 p.m. onwards
  • 50% cancellation fee apply for any cancellation made less than 12 hours of cooking class time

Private Wellness Culinary Cooking Class

Enjoy your healthy afternoon with one of our chef to carefully guide you through your selected wellness dishes. After you have made each course you can relax in The Retreat to enjoy and experience your own creations.

  • THB 1,500++ for a course of one dish (45 minutes)
  • THB 2,000++ for a course of two dishes (60 minutes)
  • THB 2,500++ for a course of three dishes (90 minutes)

Ramark: Inclusions as well as terms and conditions are the same as Thai cooking class's.
